Screenshot_2014-10-06-13-18-14.png Almost 7000 total testosterone. I'm using 1.2g legend sustanon among other things so I believe it's a little higher then 50% whats supposed to be in there. For what I payed I guess it's not bad.

Thanks JB, and Cpt. F, 8 more weeks to go. Two things I learned this cycle, was 1 EK ' S Dragon Pharma Promo was fucking awesome, and 2, never by legend pharmaceutical crap again.
 
Crushed shoulders last night. 125# dumbell military press for 18 reps, 12, 10, 6. Using only 45 sec rest breaks. Personal record shattered, last week I had 15 reps which was also a PR.
Seated front/rear delts superset 35# 10/10 × 4 sets
Side delts drop set 35#,25#,15#, 10/10/10 × 3 sets
Barbell military press 135# × 20, 225# × 10, 315# × 5
Upright rows 135# × 15, 155# × 12, 185# × 8
Rear Shoulder shrugs 315# 12,10,9,8

30 min light cardio
20 min sauna.

That was 4 days ago. I been working out 7 days a week for the last 14 days.
Yesterday my PR got shattered went from 18 to 20 reps on 125# dumbells overhead military press. Only 4 weeks left on my cycle, time to put it on high gear.
