I'll drop my anecdote here:

6 months of HCG + HMG while on test (250mg/wk) - sperm count didn't budge. I was on for 10 years consecutively no HCG no HMG.
Got off of test; used enclomiphene 25mg per day + (HCG + HMG initially; yes i know doesn't "make sense")

Wife pregnant in 7 months. Sperm count to 63million per ml.

Would I have regained fertility without getting off test? Idk probably but I doubt it would have happened as fast.

I didn't realize how old this thread was. I'll share my story in case it can help someone else.

I'm going to be less verbose to convey quicker.

30 years old, blast and cruise 10 years straight no HCG no HMG, no breaks, no nothing. lots of progestins, lots of the time. high doses, low doses everything. low dose tren for a year or a bit more straight (75mg).

jan 2023 to jun 2023 heaviest blast ever. lots of tren.

july 2023 come off everything except test gh. add hcg, a lot everyday.

august 2023 add hmg, a lot every day.

november 2023 get SA at lab. almost nothing. couldn't quantify how...

8 weeks is not enough time imo, it can take 12 minimum to restore to a more viable level. Cutting your test is also going to take at least 3 months being hopeful to start back up production if you are lucky .

Hcg works to restore while using AAS, and taking test out isn’t gonna fix anything overnight.

You didn’t say how much you are using btw. Might need to consider dosages.

Each person also responds to nandrolone differently, as well as hcg. when my wife and I decided to have kids I was on 600mg 19nors total, and tests showed the hcg put production extremely high despite the gear. First be a bit patient, and also consult with a professional. Good luck man !

What is you guys opinion on testosterone gel applied on scortum? Since higher testosterone levels in your testes are important for sperm production.

It’s not your natrual fsh. It’s from hmg. Did you change timing and or dosage?

There you have your answer. You took hmg right before blood draw at a higher dosage. Second blood work half the dosage and 24h later.

Guys I need your help - I'm currently on TRT and we're trying to have a baby, I'm currently taking hmg 3x a week and 3x hcg + clomid, after 8 weeks I did a spermiogram and the total sperm count is 0.3 million - Should I rather go completely out of trt and just continue with mot hmg and hcg? Thanks

So everything is ok? the sperm increased from 0.3 to 2.5 million in one month - i dont know is that a good value

It’s progress but i have no experience with regaining fertility. Your best bet is a doctor if you are not successful in a year
