So I figured I'd ask. I have no relation to either. I also asked lobster the same question because dude is selling his stuff with his branding.

This guys contacted us. There was no scam involved — the customer got upset because the package didn’t arrive within 5 days, started swearing, and called them scammers everywhere.

However, he has now admitted his mistake and posted apology messages across all platforms.

What am i missing? It's ok to say so if you haven't sent Mast E for testing. Doing so would add more trust than in saying it didn't take 6 days for the Primo test to reach Jano.

I sent a vial of his Noxy MastE off to Jano this week for testing (bought back in March) and it should arrive to them by Tuesday (not sure how long turnaround is on results)
