There is a serious issue here that is unacceptable, and we are working to resolve it. This was a problem that occurred months ago. We had already stated during the Primo incident that we would no longer sell any untested products.
Primo Enanth and Mast Enanth were sold untested. A few customers have sent them for testing, and we are waiting for the results.We had already stated this 3 weeks ago.
Every product that comes into stock will first be tested before being made available.
We are truly very sorry for what has happened and we offer our deepest apologies. We will regain the trust of our customers, whose confidence has been shaken, by sending all our products for testing.
