which one of these routines would be better to put on muscle, i don't pl but i want to get stronger. My main concern is putting on muscle and i was wondering which one would be best for growth all the way around (i.e. arms, traps, etc) I don't want to neglect any bodyparts doing 5x5 but it probably works everything indirectly.
