Its said that you should keep intensity high, even during the unloading week(s).
Does that mean you try to break records every time in the loading weeks, and only drop volume and maybe intensity a little during the unloading week?
Or do you build up during the weeks of loading like in the 5x5 program, and start over after the unloading week?
