Im loving this program. I have been doing it now for 2 months and ive seen great gains, and decent strength come out of it.
Quick question though: On friday i do deads and light squatting as shown. What if i couldnt make it to the gym on Friday and i worked out saturday morning instead; is that a big deal? I would think no bc i still get at least a couple days rest before the next leg day.
