DFHT time in the gym?

If I'm not mistaken, AM talks about that in one of his stickies, but it usually takes me about 70 minutes......

It doesn't really matter. Let your rest periods be natural. If you are really strong it will take longer to get up to your working sets, therefore it will take longer. I can't imagine it taking longer than 1.5 hours though regardless of strength.

Thanks for the response. After reading through the details of the program, the volume seemed like it would take an extended period of time to complete. I was initially worried about having enough energy to complete everything, however, after putting the workout to paper, I realized it wasn't excessive and I completed the Monday and Tuesday workout within an hour. Hopefully it is time to grow again.....especially after shedding 30 lbs to get married on the beach in Jamaica.
