Ok wife just had our baby girl in October, I have never had the opportunity to plan a diet for a lady and if i make a diet for her the way I eat, she will for sure look like a pumkin, I dont even know where to begin. How should i break down her meals? she is lookinf to get back to 125 lbs . If someone could give me a diet that would be great. she likes to eat oat meal, salid, turkey meat, chicken, fruit, here are her stats
