Diet Help - Cutting

I've been cutting for a while now and the results I have so far are mediocre and I want more! The problem I'm having is that I'm constantly hungry and the fat isn't coming off quick enough so wonder if my diet is totally wrong.

My diet typically looks like this:

Meal 1 - 4 eggs scrambled on their own
Meal 2 - Protein Shake, 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Meal 3 - 2 chicken breasts, 1/2 mug of cashews
Meal 4 - Protein shake
Meal 5 - Fish or chicken with stir fry veg
Meal 6 - Protein shake, and sometime some chicken if I can manage it

I feel hungry a lot of the time, and whilst I did drop a lot of body fat, I look like a gym entusiast rather than ripped to hell as I'd like to be. I'm quite thick set and muscular, around 5'7, 13stone and about 15% bodyfat. I typically do 35 - 40 minutes of running in the morning, and hit the weights in the evening about 4 - 5 times a week.

I have friends who eat more, train less, yet in my eyes are in better shape than me hence why I want to sort my training and nutrician out. One of my main issues is that I feel so tired all the time and I really struggle when at the gym.

I'm not after results that should be that hard to achieve with my level of dicipline, but I'm just not gettng there. I can see my top abs, but my weak areas are around my belly button and the sides of my pecs. I know I can't spot reduce fat, but think my diet and training is hard enough that I shold be in better shape.

ANy help would be appreciated!!

Thanks guys and gals

Sorry for the delay in replying, I've not been around much recently.

I'm 32, and I'm not natural, training in the gym for me is all about the way I look, I have no ethical stance where it comes to using juice ;-)

I'm currently using a blend (I think is manufactured in the U.K) called 'No Bull - Cut'. It's a test prop, mast, tren blend and seems to be doing an ok job. I'm just tapering off of T3 at the moment and plan to throw some clen in to the mix. I feel the results I got from T3 were minimal and nowhere near as good as the results I get from clen, so decided to add it in.

I've always had MUCH more luck burning fat doing interval training or jumping rope, rather than going for a straight 40 minute run. Switching from long runs to sprints and jumping rope made a world of difference for me. Hopefully someone will either back this up or let me know why this would be wrong, so you get legit advice.
