6ft4in 240lbs around 14%b/f training for 5yrs
23yrs old
1st cycle wks 1-10 sus@500mg/wk
wks 1-3 25mg dbol/day
pct: clomid

I finished the pct from my 1st cycle last november and have taken time off = time on+pct. Planning on doing a cycle of test enan @500mg/wk within the next month hopefully. During cycle i went from 235lbs to 265 lbs. At first i was eating 5k-6k cals/day then by wk 8 i dropped it down to 4k cals/day b/c i was getting fat and stretch marks on my sides. 1 month after i finished pct i dropped my cals to around 3000 and added 3-4 sessions of cardio a wk. As time went by i lost all my strength gains but i feel like i retained some muscle. This next cycle it's strict dieting around 3000 to 3500 cals w/ a little cardio. I'm going to try to get my training/diet down good before i start though.

For my diet: I eat every 40-60g protien every 3hrs no matter what. My usual diet is:
meal 1: 11 egg whites + 1 whole, 5 slices of whole wheat bread
meal 2: detour bar (in class) or 2 cans tuna, cup of oatmeal if not
meal 4: 6" ham/turkey sub on wheat double meat only mustard
meal 5: 7%fat hamburger meat, 50g carbs of 10min brown rice
post workout: 50g protein whey concentrate, 50g carbs maltodextrin
meal 6: 1/2lb chicken breast
*substitute protien shake for a meal sometimes, usually eat 1 or 2 cheat meals a wk

This next cycle it's strict dieting around 3000 to 3500 cals w/ a little cardio

If you want your quads to grow, then being on a diet isn't going to help at all. If you had never trained your legs then you might be able to put on some size, but unless you try to put mass on your quads by eating and lifting big, then they will probably stay the same size. You are a pretty big guy, and 3000 cals for you is nothing.

If you want to diet and get cut, then count on your quads staying the same size. If you want your quads to get big, do the 5x5 (or another good program...I have one if you are interested) and eat at least 5-6000 cals like you were. This is pretty much the same advice I gave in the other section, but it's the best I have.

there has to be a medium w/ calories. I feel like for me 5k to 6k cals is overkill my body couldn't be processing that much food when i take 4 or 5 craps a day. I would drink one of those xxl or other weight gainer drinks w/ 1000+ cals, eat red meat 2x a day and take in 600 carbs minimum. To take in that many cals you have to eat around 200g fat. I went from 13%b/f to well over 18%b/f, stretch marks get bad, i've lost over 25lbs and there not going anywhere no matter how lean i get. This was my diet when i was on the sus cycle:
(eat around every 2hrs)
meal 1: 8eggs whites+4 whole, 2 slices whole wheat toast, 60g grits&banana
meal 2: 2 detours in class
meal 3: subway 12" double meat steak&cheese on wheat
meal 4: 2 cans of tuna + 2 packets of ramen noodles
postworkout: xxl or bigtime shake 1000cals~
meal 5: 3/4lb 7%fat hamburger, banana, 100g brown rice
meal 6: canned chicken breast
meal 7: 70g whey
