hello everyone , before starting my cycle I just wanted someone to clarify one thing about t3 use and protein intake on AAS , i heard that on t3 , since It is equally eating fat/protein/carbs It would be better to avoid shaker due to the fact that whey is more likely to turn into glucose for energy than being used like a regular protein source for the muscles . Is that true that we should limit our whey comsuption on a t3 cut on AAS ? If yes , would it be a good idea to replace it by a longer absorption protein like casein? (Im asking that cuz I can't afford much meat and it's more convenient to me ) thank you !
