Hello there.

Here I will be posting pictures for a time lapse effect of my body and foods I consume as well as exercise log.

I come here because I like everyone here and I have seen solid support on similar logs such as insayian. Except I think my log is the opposite.

I know there are little guys like me who want to get bigger so I figured this would be a staple for us to unite.

ABOUT ME:
I am NOT on any cycle.

However for my bulk after I prepare everything and feel comfortable controlling food intake I will be taking on my second cycle (3 years ago)

I am current 146 lbs.

I am 5'7"

24 years young

My current diet Is low carb high fat medium protein. 1500 cal. It's summer time! When I bulk I will either do TKD or CKD? 4000 ~ cal. I haven't eaten out in months even though I bartend at a famous restaurant on weekends! Pretty proud of that.

I lift 2x a week for about 3 months, Wrestle 3x a week for about 10 years, and install floors for a living for about 5 years. Cardio city.

My max bench is 170 lb, I do not know max squat as squats are done on a machine CURRENTLY.

GOALS:

Maintain a consistent diet (2nd month ).

Perfect my diet.

Prepare my own food.

Learn proper lifting technique.

Design my own workout routine.

Stay away from alcohol and weed (unless Marijuana helps my appetite for bulking purposes).

Increase my gym time (I'm moving to a 24/7 gym when my current membership is up, my total gym fees are 175$)

Look good!

Improve my game.

Once the first 7 come together I want to bulk and cycle. Right now I'm thinking 600mg sus 300mg eq. But it's up in the air, I also dont know shit about current sources so I have tons of time to research. Last source was darius and my dbol was bunk but my test e had something for sure but doses are unsure as I did not get bloods, however I'm wiser nowadays. My desired weight is 180-200.

At work.

Today I have slow cooked cheddar, 80/20 beef, sauteed asparagus, bacon, buffalo sauce and pepper jack.

Lined walls with 8oz of cheddar, 2 lb of beef mixed with 2 TBS mayo, 2 TBS buffalo sauce. 10 full pieces of asparagus that was sautéed in 3 tps extra virgin olive oil, 1 tps minced garlic, 5 oz pepper jack for next layer, half slab of bacon for next layer. Slow cooked 8 hours. Essentially everything is fried, very oily :/

Internet calculator says 2800 but I have eaten more than that consistently and lost weight.

Bulking on keto is going to get expensive

Dual income no kids. Jk jk I understand and am open to suggestions. Keto really big in BJJ world. I work nonstop so if I want anything we get it.

What's training looking like in the gym?
You do BJJ?

BJJ yes. I roll at about 40% cause it's all about technique but without a doubt it's intense work out. ~45 min of drilling omaplata, triangles, armbars, shrimps etc etc. Hour of instructional class which is followed by drilling for about 5 min each for about 3 or 4 techniques. Solid hour of rolls.

Gonna post some food after class.

Slow cooked food doesn't look so good after it gets cold but got my girl in the kitchen making meatballs for tomorrow.

I repaired a few boards, sanded 1200 square of hardwood, and single coat poly'd it. Took from 9 am to 5 pm with 4x 5 minute breaks. Wish I could measure calories for that.

1458 cal today.

15g carb. 7g net carb 4%

114g fat. 70%

92g pro. 25%

According to "S health" I walked 14 miles.

Kinda a weak first log but I need to sleep so I can get treads in tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be a gym day and maybe a training day so I can log some weights. Might be a light lift since low cal and my body will be broken in the morning but nonetheless I will go and I will put in work.

I'll post weight in the morning.

What are your goals as far as weight loss? Trying to get down to a certain number before you bulk up I'm assuming?

Yeah I compete in the summer at 140. I'm also working on the habit of monitoring and controlLing everything. It'll be nice to save off some of my body fat before I bulk, I feel I'm in a heavy learning phase right now but I'm thinking the less body fat I have before I bulk the better. Plus I'll be the healthiest in my weight class, maybe not the biggest but if that mattered the elephant would be king of the jungle.

In the past I would just starve myself.

145.8 this morning. Typically my daily weight loss is much much more than this.

I'll post a few more things in a couple.

Was given 4x 10 ml of 250 sustanon today by a relative after discussing my intentions with him. I have clomid and amridex.

I asked what his source is and he said ashop. Been searching this forum and people seem to strongly dislike. Thoughts? Shelfing until I need to bulk and proper info is acquired. He said he's never gone wrong with these products.

Wow guys my weights are so low with 1500 cal diet. Feel free to laugh!!!!

I was empty stomach in a rush to get to work but enough excuses, it's pathetic! Also dont know the weight of barbell for lying triceps extensions so just put added weight.

Low weights but my technique felt flawless and I'm happy about that.
 
142 lb this morning. Almost competition weight this morning is super advanced strawberry protein shake for post workout.

80/20 ground beef meatballs with cheese for lunch. Will post food porn.
 
Sitting at 2300 calorie today. Here was my workout. Took about one hour.

Now I'm headed to Bjj

Took my time, firm technique, fatigue on cable rows through shrugs. Barbells not included in weight.

Ate some carbs (27g) preworkout
