Hello there.
Here I will be posting pictures for a time lapse effect of my body and foods I consume as well as exercise log.
I come here because I like everyone here and I have seen solid support on similar logs such as insayian. Except I think my log is the opposite.
I know there are little guys like me who want to get bigger so I figured this would be a staple for us to unite.
ABOUT ME:
I am NOT on any cycle.
However for my bulk after I prepare everything and feel comfortable controlling food intake I will be taking on my second cycle (3 years ago)
I am current 146 lbs.
I am 5'7"
24 years young
My current diet Is low carb high fat medium protein. 1500 cal. It's summer time! When I bulk I will either do TKD or CKD? 4000 ~ cal. I haven't eaten out in months even though I bartend at a famous restaurant on weekends! Pretty proud of that.
I lift 2x a week for about 3 months, Wrestle 3x a week for about 10 years, and install floors for a living for about 5 years. Cardio city.
My max bench is 170 lb, I do not know max squat as squats are done on a machine CURRENTLY.
GOALS:
Maintain a consistent diet (2nd month ).
Perfect my diet.
Prepare my own food.
Learn proper lifting technique.
Design my own workout routine.
Stay away from alcohol and weed (unless Marijuana helps my appetite for bulking purposes).
Increase my gym time (I'm moving to a 24/7 gym when my current membership is up, my total gym fees are 175$)
Look good!
Improve my game.
Once the first 7 come together I want to bulk and cycle. Right now I'm thinking 600mg sus 300mg eq. But it's up in the air, I also dont know shit about current sources so I have tons of time to research. Last source was darius and my dbol was bunk but my test e had something for sure but doses are unsure as I did not get bloods, however I'm wiser nowadays. My desired weight is 180-200.
