Dieting important? Well ok!

OK, after reading Tyler's post on dieting, I'd like to solicit offerings on diets that have worked to cut fat...I'm thinking, one-half a chicken breast 4 times a day, and water, for 6 months? Whatever diets have worked for you fellas, I'd seriously like to hear about them...that last 1/2 inch to inch of fat around the midsection is so small...and yet so tenacious...thanks, drumlicks
 
Yes, I think either IF or just drastic calorie reduction (the majority of calories consumed being protein) coupled with mild cardio will do the trick...now: has anyone used any MILD appetite suppressants/diet aids that will help with food cravings, either prescription or OTC, that they would recommend? A bodybuilder's diet for fat loss is not necessarily a healthy diet- but the resulting health benefits from being skinny are many as well...what I'm looking for are PROVEN diets bodybuilders have utilized to gain the fat-free belly....
 
Best way: Count Calories. You can eat anything. The trick is if you eat right you can eat MORE. So your diet works with healthy food.
