Difference between u-hCG and r-hCG?

I've been using Ovitrelle (r-hCG) for the last 6 months and because of supply shortages, switched to u-hCG recently (from a source on this board). The u-hCG causes me significant gyno and high E2 symptoms and I was wondering if anyone has an idea why? Is it related to purity or different composition?

Additionally, are there any recommended strategies for managing these side effects? I've been increasing aromasin and tamoxifen which seem to help a bit.

I definitely don't know all the differences, but I believe the recombinant is mostly one form of HCG and the kind made from ladies piss has numerous types of HCG. Humans produce different subtypes of HCG. If you can definitely link bad side effects from the human derived version than just get back on the recombinant.
