1.6 year cycle results

Great squat for 6'10 I'm 6'3 and my squat sucks I never got over 400, an Ur a giant to me Ialways tend to lean forward and so I adopted the front squat an goblet squat recently.
 
My step son was fat as shit years back. But I could see muscle moving under those layers of fat. I told him the reason you are fat is because your body wants to be big. Genetically it was very obvious he wasnt designed to just sit around and be a fat ass. I also told him that if he started training soon that he wouldn't have bitch tits or a lot of loose skin.
Finally he got moving and he's about only 20% fat now and all muscle. That's a big difference from the approximate 50% bf he used to be. All natural ( no gear). He has zero bitch tits and very little loose skin. What an amazing transformation from just getting off the couch. Now he just need to start bodybuilding.

My squats maxed out at 400lbs because that's all I had to work with at the time. They felt incredibly easy... like I could've done a few hundred more, maybe. But I don't like squatting... it scares me, and I'm a giant pussy.
