personally, I would suggest NOT chasing a weight. Chase results.. You might get to 225 by x date looking like you barely lift and just eat too much . OR possibly you are only 215 or 220 by that time, but with great body composition and looking like you want too.
 
Update minus the body hair still trying to figure out how to photograph myself, still practicing posing. It’s a rest day today so just loading up on macros and watching posing videos probably. Weighed in at 201 today, usually when I get fit my body loses fat until I hit 195 then I start growing again. Yes I know I have a massive lump on my right quad it’s a fat lump before anyone freaks out. Will probably get it removed this spring would love to be fit enough to do an amateur competition this year. Was also maybe thinking about just doing men’s physique to hide the lump idk.

Might lower test from 300mg a week to 250mg I have some fat around my left pec that’s tweaking me. Little extra fat to the left and right of the left peck nipple. When I go to flex my pec it’s noticeable not flexing it looks fine.

What does fat have to do with doses? If you are worried about gyno - it's not fat..

Regardless, with all do respect, you definitely need to get a few things in order if you plan to take this anywhere.. consistency is key. You also need to have a good means to fund the journey if you want to do it "healthfully", really tune in diet and training especially as you are starting with very little base. etc etc.
Remember the big picture, BB'ing is vanity - not life.

Definitely continue to do research and absorb information from actual educators! Best of luck my dude.

Just being a hypochondriac rly, and lets clarify the diet since everyone is on me about it. I eat like 5-6 quality meals a day. I’ve always ate healthy I don’t have to try for it, had an obese mom growing up gave me many complex’s about food. So most of my life I didn’t eat enough for my activity level now I do. I don’t excessive count every calorie because quite frankly I don’t have to, until now I guess to optimize my goals. I eat 250 grams of protein I eat enough carbs to move fridges and lift without feeling like passing out the only macro I need to get in line is fat. I eat to much fat because I find it’s easier to put weight on if my fat intake is pretty high. I don’t need to worry about ballooning up to some fat monster. And also to clarify I want to see what gains I can get with the least amount of gear l, if you want to take a gram go ahead. Ima chill around 250-300mg of test and see what it does for me. I’m very consistent with diet and training.

And as far as funds go, I turn 30 this year my goals in life have changed drastically, I’m buying my first house next year, having a kid this year. All extra money goes into savings to grow more. I’m doing this shit on a budget but my meals are still quality, I have all my supplements. Just don’t want to pay out the ass for bloodwork when the test cyp isn’t even at full saturation in my body yet. After a month I’ll get checked out if all is well, I’ll keep doses consistent and get another check in 3 months. Is it the safest no, does it align with my budget yes. I appreciate the advice, ima get huge just because people think I can’t. Probably don’t need to lower the test and I haven’t yet was just a thought.

100% agree, mid to late 30s is usually a much better time to experiment with gear from a maturity standpoint, both mental and financial.

Caring for a newborn is the exact opposite of anabolic lifestyle. Anyway, you do you. Just please be careful and wishing you the best.

I think 40+ is decent recommendation for tasting the androgen forbidden fruits unless you make big $$$ using them. Maybe a little conservative but oh well.

BB / body dysmorphia is a money wasting endeavor. But you gotta have the money. Make sure you have your priorities invested in appropriately for your goals.

I appreciate the concern but my mental is fine if not improved since I started test l, I’ll leave out the npp and just stick with test I guess. Really assess if I’m acting any differently than usual. But so far I’m happy and energized. Life isn’t perfect or without it’s stress but when is it ever? You just take it one day at a time, nd everything usually works out. Stay dedicated, stay humble, and work hard. Obviously my desire to be huge comes from a complex about being small. I just want to be a big huge happy dad. I highly doubt my structured life will magically fall apart from test but if it starts to slip I’m not opposed to putting it down and handling what I have to handle.

Mate, your pretty young and have many years to become a yoke dad, dont think you have to speed run it
Taking the longer healthier route and being able to be their for your kids in old age because you took things in the health route, not speed route, is one you’ll definitely thank your younger self for.
I took the speed route, and I am one to say, during it I wasn’t thinking of anything, after it, things that have started that I feel, I wish I would have taken the safe slow route.

I have no hostility towards you or anything piss me off brother, as you say in pm. I am just here giving advice to hopeful help anyone. I know youve seen my thread, as you mentioned, but remember ive never once suggested for anyone to do what I did.
I took the route you seem to want to go, fast fast, and Im just telling you I kind of regret it.

I don’t doubt that you can take steroids and get big, I know you can. My comment is predicated on your complete disregard for the opinions of people close to you which potentially makes you a danger to them. You’re going to have lapses in emotional regulation from time to time on gear, happens to most people. It is important to listen to people who are close to you so they can check your behavior.

This seems a little like projection. That's the path you took. Maybe you would've started 10 years earlier if you were interested in bodybuilding back then and had the resources.

I was bodybuilding for 10 years before my first cycle and it was a lot younger than 40+.

Not judging either way.
