Due to injury my left arm is now bigger then my healing right….to fix this do i do hypertrophy for just one side? Or will they even out as they are used?

Ok nice makes sense, good to knowI gota bad shoulder and I only worked my good side for a while and legs , of course the bad 1 shrunk a bit , but once I healed up was able to train normal it balanced back out after some time. However I think almost every one has one side slighty larger than the other.
