HCG mimics LH production to produce more T and HMG mimics FSH production to produce sperm.

That's my basic understanding of the two.

Not really. Pulsatile GnRH therapy will probably produce LH/FSH, but that is a pretty intense therapy.

hCG is hCG, which is LH as far as the body is concerned.

HMG is LH and FSH.

The sertoli cells generally don't need very much FSH to do their job. Hence, even the reduced FSH levels while on TRT is typically more than enough.

The Sertoli cells do not need much FSH as long as they are in an environment of testosterone (such as while on HCG).

According to your own post, your FSH was measured at 1.1. That is well above completely stopping.

With appropriate TRT, you can always discontinue the TRT down the road if want. I wouldn't suggest it, but I do know that you have a severe cause of primary hypogonadism and you need appropriate TRT.

I got my wife pregnant using HCG monotherapy at 250-300 iu/day.

LH was always around zero on lab work during this time.

The only info I could find about usage of HMG was for an AAS athlete who did a heavy YEAR-long cycle. Standard PCT would not fix him, but a combo of HMG and high amounts of HCG did it.

For our intents and purposes (TRT), modest amounts of HCG will accomplish what you're after. Worked for me.

if it worked for you- im guessing you meant whilst doing trt, then im sure its the stuff.
