Diffrent testosterone and acne

I've only used test enanthate. I had real bad acne from it and had to use accutane. The acne left some wicked keltoid scars on my chest. What tricks does you guys use to get the scaring to fade? I've heard of retin-a for scars. Dermabrasion would be best but that cost thousands. What test gives the least acne? Maybe sus since it's a longer lasting ester. What can be used to lower dht? I know proscar works by deactivating dht receptors in the prostate and scalp but does it do this in the skin also?
