Can anybody explain to me how to dilute the prefilled pens of ovitrelle hcg 250 like the ones you get from the pharmacist? There was a video on his thread years ago but it's no longer available. I'm trying to remember how my bac water to mix with the hcg in a sterile vial? Any help would be greatly appreciated
