Dim E2

How much DIM most of you guys taking and what kind. Seems like as my levels get into a good range Total T 522 Free T 159 I am experiencing some nervousness, aggitation, insomnia, jitters and stomach spasms. I would like to know if this is from high E2, I take Dim 1 Indoplex or low E2.

I would like to know also if the T makes my Thyroid med more effective, some say yes some say no.
