DIM supplement

My Urolgist that prescribes my trt told me I should start taking this supplement. My nipples are feeling spicy. Will this help?

A lot of people swear by it saying it "removes bad estrogen" from the body and lowers overall estrogen. But for me, it didn't do anything. It's cheap though so worth the try.

So is it working? About to start TRT and the doc said to take DIM 400 mg daily too. Don’t want another pill to take though if I don’t need it.

It can help but everyone seems to be responding differently. For me personally, i take 300mg DIM daily and noticed a decrease in E2 by 10. I also use Primo to keep my E2 in check so i would argue that Primo does more than DIM.

My DIM supplement comes together with 3mg of Bor.
