Yeah, he had it down to a science - very impressed with his emailed information. Would it be OK to repost his advice here if he's truly out of the business - too good to let it gather digital dust.
That is why I used his DNP. He had it down to a science. Plus he gave me great advice on how to run it for the best results.

Although there's a multitude of ways to lose weight, none I'm aware of, have a side effect profile that compares to DNP.

My "advice" locate a long term solution to weight loss.

And to my understanding the "reason" is some have been warned, Internet resalers in particular, by the FDA to cease selling DNP as a bariatric agent, or face at the least significant penalties or a threat of jail time?

Quite simply, as an FDA and EPA registered poison, DNP is NOT fit for human consumption!

Hello Dr. Jim! It's been a while.
I know and understand the dangers of DNP. I have ran it a few times. 2 times with horrible side effect and 5 with great results.
 
Strange handle "loveyourbody" but yet ingest DNP which are classified as poison and not for human consumption..

If you ran a total of 7 DNP cycle and look in running again.. maybe... just maybe.. you need to stop stuffing your face and start counting your calories...just saying...

Yes I do love and respect my body. I personally find DNP to be a great supplement if used correctly and with precaution. I see people running Tren and other gear that raises you BP significantly yet that is not dangerous? I work in the medical field and trust me when I say people here should watch how high there BP gets while on cycle.
It will come back to hunt you down the road.

Anyways back to the DNP

Like all I am only human and like food. I usually never use DNP more than once a year and it's usually after winter because all the food. I am currently at
187lb
5'5
14% bodyfat which isn't horrible but I miss my six pack.
I usually run one DNP cycle 500mg ED for 2-3 weeks. Then for the rest of the year stay between 6-9% bodyfat. Until winter hits of course lol. Anyways thank you for your input but

I'll be around a bit longer Dr. Jim. You viewed one of my DNP cycle treads where I talked about the NP and the pain it caused. I know where you stand with DNP and I respect that. However, I would like the same respect in return. I know the dangers and have never hid them from anyone. One of my first cycle I almost went to the other side. Lesson learned. Feel free to put in your .02 cents Dr. Jim.

Not trying to see who has the biggest dick contest.. But lets use your example of "Tren and other gear" raises BP and people should watch their BP because it could haunt them down the road... what to say DNP will not haunt you down the road? I doubt BP is the only thing you're going to worry about with DNP. By nature of how DNP reacts within the molecular levels, imo, it should be feared.. Just look at the wording.. "uncoupling, chain-reaction, release heat, cellular implosion, etc.. That's some Star Wars lightsaber up your ass -- right there! The dosage difference between holding up a Mr.O trophy to meeting the Grim Reaper is very little! I mean, when's the last time you heard of anyone OD on Test..beside earning swole status among your gym bruh or at least have your handle mention on the "Who's the most shreded Member?thread!

How about during "winter" you ease off that extra plate of ham,turkey,gravy, eggnog and dessert table.. This way, you don't have to run another DNP cycle.. You'll be lean and mean year-round! Then for sure you'll earn that "loveyourbody" title.. heck, you got my vote!

Oh almost forgot. Can you point me in the right direction on how to achieve 14% bodyfat weighing at a buck 87 @ 5'5? Because I am 5'6 @170 and I can only muster up 17%:( I workout 5-6 days a week 1-2hrs per day, cardio, count my macro's, and hit the weights like it owes me money...

Dude, easy - get a jar of DNP, crank up the AC at night, and sleep in the buff, on 3 layers of towels.

While it can be done for many Meso members (especially those wo a "Meso pic") it's called an gross extrapolation, based upon arbitrary factors like shoe size, cap size or "belt notches" :)

No harm done my friend. While I do appreciate your concerns I've made up my mind and will keep this in mind. As for the weight it's year of training. I've noticed that no matter what I can never stay above 180lb at 8% bodyfat or bellow unless I'm on Tren. You can't forget the cardio, high calorie diet, and weight training.
