Bros,
Been a while since i've posted. I'm typing with 1 hand cuz my left arm is in sling. Got into a fight with a patron at the club I work at in Vegas on Saturday night. I went to push him, he got tough, I ended up having to slam him, as he fell he somehow had my arm and used my arm to break his fall. All his weight pulled my shoulder out. I ended up having to fight him with 1 arm. It got a lil ugly. I'm not used to fighting or breaking up fights being handicapped like that. Now I am out of work without pay for 2 weeks and then 4 weeks of light duty..meaning no VIP room for me. All over a freak accident. Shouldn't have gotten into a fighting situation but I was forced when my arm went out.
Any tips on how to heal this thing up? Vitamins, minerals, supplements, etc.? Should I keep it in a sling or not? I dislocated it to the back, and I also did ligament damage...they aren't sure if the ligaments are torn or are just stretched real bad.
I trust Meso vets more than doctors, so let me know what types of therapy and diet I should follow. Also, what are my guidelines for lifting, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am bored out of my mind at home.
