Dmso + test base for transdermal, noob homebrew question

New to homebrewing. I'm looking to make a transdermal with dmso + test base powder.

Please let me know if my process is correct. I'll be using these bottles:

1. Put 30ml of dmso liquid into the bottle.
2. Add 3g of test base powder (making it 100mg/ml, I think this concentration will hold but please correct me if it's too high).

Is that all I have to do? Do I have to mix it as well?

Stupid question, if you make a transdermal with maybe test E, does it effect absorption or active life compared to using test base?

Definitely! The attached ester will dramatically lower, or even possibly completely eliminate the substance's ability to penetrate the skin. Best to use no ester!

Interesting. I have some old test E that gave horrible pip. Never had the heart to throw it away but I cant brew it... was hoping to find something to do with it. Regain some of the cost for it even maybe lol

Test-e molecule is to large to pass through the skin!

No, but dmso sure as fuck does!

It doesn't but DMSO can be a little irritating depending on where you apply it.

So dmso + dht would work aswell? Or do I need more solvents/skin penetrate enhancer

I wonder if it has the same deleterious effects as tren A?
