DNP @ 250mg for 12 weeks to get shredded abs ?

2300 calorie diet getting 300g protein

Dnp at 250mg for 12 weeks
(not increasing the dose )

I'm around 14-15% bf will this get me to 7-8 % completely shredded all abs completely visible with hardly no fat on them ?
 
It depends how your body works.
You might need more cardio or depends on your Ab muscle belly's, If there thick they will show more. And remember, you can't spot lose weight.
So you might be able to do it, just cut your carbs if you notice your not dropping weight enough and don't eat carbs at night that might help. Theres alot more techniques but thats alot of typing and im a pecker :p

This guy is a 20 year old kid that had proposed doing a 2g/week cycle here a few months ago.

AP, get your diet and training in place, stop looking to drugs to get you where you want to be. They are tools, tools that are useless if you don't have the discipline to lift and eat properly.. :rolleyes:

I'm going to lean bulk with test and tren slowly here's my theory.

Start 170lbs 19 years old 7% bf
Then each year aim to gain 10 solid lbs of muscle staying at 7% bf

Test and tren slow bulk with the tren you won't put on fat right ?
So it's a good plan !

It takes 3-5 years to reach aesthetic body of perfect training and health lifestyle freak diet.
