I will be going on my second cycle of DNP next week consisting of 14 days, 200mg for 4 days and 400 for the rest.

I am looking to get to 15% and hopefully drop to 165. My workouts will consist of 3 days a week, 2 days medium heavy conditioning and 1 day heavy strength training, compound body exercises for more fat loss while on my cycle.
My diet will be randomized of several things so I can't give a specific diet other than it will consist of lots of cooked spinach (Love this stuff) and veggies with fresh chicken and rice, Miso soup and other things that are very clean and low fat.
I will post updates as I go along my cycle when I start next week.
