DNP 3 week cycle

Hello my fellow meso members! I hope you are all doing well. I decided to do a DNP cycle for 3 weeks. That is if I can tolerate the side effects.
During the cycle I plan to keep my calories at about 2200-2500 a day. My calories will be split into 4 meals throughout the day. Meal 1 at 5am with 35 protein, 45carbs, 20 fats. meal 2 at 8am 50 protein, 30 fat, 20 carbs. 3 meal at 1pm 50p, 30f, 20c. Final meal will be 60 protein, 30 fats, 10 carbs. I try to avoid carbs before bed specially while on DNP because the increase in body temperature.
My cardio will be be lowered from 60mins high intensity to 45mins at 3mph 5 days a week. Resistance training will still be each muscle group twice a week. 2-3 muscle groups a day. 6 days a week. I will be changing to high reps (15-20 reps) with mild weight. Since DNP tends to make me feel exhausted and weaker while on it.
Another member on here is running ScorpianDNP as well. He said he might also log on here with me but that will be up to him.
Any questions please do as. I know some members will say how can I use this stuff because it is poison. I know and I respect and thank you for your concern. I know how to run this safely and wont be going above 500mg and will also be drop down to 250mg every few days. I will also be drinking comfort to keep my electrolytes balances and avoid the adverse effects of the DNP. I hope that this log help people be safe or avoid the drug. More importantly I want it to be used as a learning tool and what works and how to be safe.

my starting stats:
5'6
186lb
14% bodyfat
10+ years lifting
2 previous DNP cycles. 1 with horrible side effect and the last went amazing!
8+ AAS cycles
2 competitions so far preparing for my next one

Goal: My goal is to drop to 7% bodyfat. Then start my AAS 2 weeks after I stop the DNP.

day 1: 250mg at 5am
no changes

day 2: 250mg at 5am
I am starting to feel the increase in body temp. Other than that no changes

day 3: 375mg (split 125mg 5am, 250mg 5pm)
Felt warm throughout the day but no sweat but I am eating barely any carbs

day 4: 500mg (split 250mg 5am, 250mg 5pm)
Today I warm enough to sweat but nothing crazy. Drank comfort to balance y electrolytes which got rid of my headache.

day 5: 500mg (split 250mg 5am, 250mg 5pm)
I felt pretty warm all say like yesterday. Now I am drinking 1 comfort a day which has kept all sides away except for feeling hot and feeling exhausted.

day 6: 250mg at 5pm
I had a busy day head of me today so I lowered my dose by only taking 250mg at 5pm. I was craving carbs like a mad man. I know it is one of its side effect but they were bad craving. I decided to make myself a PB sandwich nothing crazy. I woke up at 12am cover in sweat. My hair was stuck to my forehead and my shirt was stuck to me. I decided to take a nice cold shower. No more carbs before bed for this guy.

day 7: 500mg (split 250mg 5am, 250mg 5pm)
I have felt almost completely normal except for when I eat something with any carbs I get hot enough to start sweating. One thing I have noticed is how much water I am holding. I look bloated and feel it. However I am starting to see my abs coming out again. Tomorrow I will take my weight to see how much I have lost in a week.

Glad to see you here my friend. I think you should definitely do a log. I will keep up with yours as well. I would say first one to reach their goal wins but I started first so that wouldn't be fair.

Lol, I’m still in the goal setting stage at the moment, but I kno I’m not gonna be concerned with weight as much as body fat percentage is my main focus

I am my friend. Like I stated I am not going above 500mg and I am listening to my body.
Day 8 & 9- 500mg both days split into two doses. 250 in the am and 250 in the pm. The adverse effect have not been present. As for the side effects all that I have had is a headache that left once I drank something with high amounts of electrolytes. I have no longer been sweating but I am eating less than 150g of carbs a day. I have however been feeling hot. It was 41 degrees on my way to work and I was wearing my sleaveless shit and felt great. I saw cops wearing heavy coats and caps to keep their head warm and body warm. I didn't feel the need to. I have not taken my weight because I can tell the weight loss is happening. I need a new belt almost because I am on the last hole. I had 3 extra left a week ago now the belt hardly can holds my pants up. Other than that only other side effect is being exhausted and sleep earlier than usually. Which I don't mind. I will keep you guys posted. I feel great with this healthy diet by the way.

Day 10- 500mg split between am and pm. I felt great today. No adverse effect or side effects. Once again I have not took my weight because I can tell I am holding water. One co-worker asked if I was losing weight and that I don't need to because I am already lean. People don't understand the weightlifting life. For me lean is below 10% bodyfat. I am looking more vascular but my muscles look slightly flat which is normal while on DNP. My six pack is finally starting to show and I can tell I will have my V-cut within the next week hopefully. One this I like about being lean is that women hit on you all the time and eat you with their eyes. I had 2 girls staining at me while I had dinner. I ended up asking for one for her number. I'll definitely be texting her tomorrow. So far I am loving the cycle with Scorpian DNP.
I really want to go up to 625mg but I am being smart and sticking to 500mg a day.
 
@loveyourbody, can you update your dieting and training? Seems like effectiveness of DNP would be significantly increased in a calorie deficit and/or a Keto diet. High protein intake seems like a must. Your thoughts?
 
Keto is a disaster on DNP. All that atp production demands carbs or you will be overwhelmed with lethargy.

Day 11 and 12 (500mg split in the am and before bed)
My diet is like you said calorie deficit. 2000 calories instead of the regular 3000. I've noticed that I am losing close to a pound a day. As for the training I've been doing.
-30mins of cardio at about 3-4miles, 5 days a week.
-resistance training is 1 muscle group a day. 6 days a week.
-You are correct the lower the carbs the better the cycle. Not only do you get less side effect but you lose body fat a lot faster. The cravings are completely gone.
I recommend that people who run DNP drink something like comfort for the electrolytes. This way you can avoid all the adverse effects from the DNP.

I can honestly say this cycle has been amazing thus far. No adverse effect. Only thing I have noticed is the increased body temperature. It gets a lot worse when I eat carbs. Only time i sweat is when I am sleeping. I wake up to move to the cool side of the bed.

Any questions I am more than happy to answer.

P.S. I think I can handle 625mg a day but I'm not going to push it.
 
How low of carbs are we talking?

I do get tired fairly quickly. After my 12 hour shift I can't wait to get home and go to bed. However I prefer that than feeling a headache, nausea, and NP (which was the worst pain I have ever felt).
On the bright side I had to bye a new belt because I couldn't keep my pants up any longer. All this in less than 2 weeks. DNP can be run smoothly it's just with moderation and keeping ones electrolytes balanced. That is where people get most of there adverse effects from.
 
Today is day 17 and decided to end the cycle here for a few reasons.
1. I have been taking 625mg a day for the past 5 days with almost no sides or increased fat loss.
2. It seems like my body is finally having an allergic reaction but much different then the last time I had one.
-I have a lump on the left side of my tongue that hurts with the slightest touch
-I noticed today that I have to small sore lumps in both my arms on the outside between the bicep and tricep. They do not hurt unless I apply some pressure on them.
3. Fat loss as slowed down to the point I am not really noticing any reason to continue with these adverse effects

I am going to wait until friday or saturday and take my final weight to see how much weight I lost. If these lumps dont disappear by friday I will be going to the doctor. I have tried looking up information on this adverse effect but there seems to be none.

If anyone has had this happen to them I am all ears.
