No, there is no evidence of this.
It probably feels harder because it's not as easy to do so quickly. But it's also because a lot of the habits that made you gain fat in the first place never changed... Eating habits have to change in conjunction with DNP use. Otherwise, it'll be sort of like yo yo dieting, except with powerful chemicals thrown into the mix.
Many DNP user's report that they feel that DNP helped them achieve a new "bodyfat setpoint" where they don't gain fat quite as easily. This is probably due to insulin sensitivity, it's also reported with individuals who maintain a lean body... Once you get to a certain amount of leanness it's easier to hold onto.
So lets say..im at xy lbs of bodyweight with 20%bf, i go down to 15% without dnp..then someday i decide to do dnp blabla, drop it etc, bulk, get at exact same stat as in beginning, xy lbs, 20%bf.
Would it now still take the same amount of time as it did before i ever started dnp?
Because the phrase 'dnp changes insulin sensitivity' makes me anxious.
I know you can fuck yourself up when doing long term slin ull pribably get dependant on it permanently, now would dnp be able to have the same kind effect, changing insulin sensitivity to a point where your body simply doesnt know how to bounce back/burn fat with the changed insulin sensitivity?
Its shit like that that i just dont think about before starting certain drugs, but afterwards when you know how you respond to them and managed them without issues, i really find out detailed stuff about them that worries me
