DNP and women

I haven't read anything that talks about a good dosage of DNP for woman at around 120 lbs and 5' 4"?
I see in Heretic's post that 400 mg is good for someone around 200.
So I was thinking, 200mg a day and EFA stack 2X a day for 7 -10 for
a woman. Would that be good advice to give? Has anyone done something simular?

Thanks

Most people on this board are against woman who expect to have children in the future. Reproductive questions have arisen but if you choose to anyway......

Considering you can only find DNP in 200mg caps, it will be your minimum dosage. I feel 200mg would be more than enough per day for a good size woman. Even 200mg/eod would be quite effective. I am 210lbs and using 200mg/day with excellent results. Run the cycle for a good 7 days the first time and ready with benadryl just in case she has histamin problems.

Can you give me anymore insight on the Reproductive questions?
How could it effect that since it's a its a fat burner not AAS?
Any info would be great.

well... DNP gets everywhere... What ive learned in talking to Einstein is that since dnp gets everywhere it gets into all the cells and effects the mitochondria in those cells. Now most cells are miotic and will reproduce by mitosis and the mitochondra is replaced in the new cell (I belive its in Interphase... The first stage of the 3 parts to it). Women are born with a set number of EGGS. their eggs are not miotic... they do have mitochondria though... so there is some speculation that the DNP will cause the Mitochondra in those cells to be destroyed or damaged which may result in infertility. the reason this isnt the case in men is that we produce sperm all the time... This is why people tend to not give women DNP.

Well put Tank. Pup

What tank said is precisely the concern. That being said, such damage being done has never been shown, and of all the women that I have known who have tried it none have had any problems or sides that men don't have as well.

Tank,
Not to stray from the thread too much, I just wanted to say that your post was excellent and worded very well. Right on the money.

Well apart from the issue of being able to get pregnant(which is important), my wife is on her third 4th day 200mgs and tolerating it pretty well she is 5'7" and weighs about 140lbs.

I am on day 6 of 200mg and don't feel much of anything. Every once in a while I will get slightly warmer but other than that, nothing. I am female 5'4" about 120. I haven't seen much weight change either. Should I increase it to 400 mg for the next 4 days?

I really need to fix my sticky to address this one of these days.
Anyway, what I've seen is that women often have a higher tolerance for DNP than men do, I've had guys tell me they're roasting at 400mg while their wife or gf is barely breaking a sweat. People tend to approach DNP like they do AAS, by which I mean that they think less is better for women. DNP is not a hormone though, and since women have naturally slower metabolisms they may actually tolerate it better than men when it comes to the side effects. I would say that by now you should be okay going up to 400mg if you're comfortable with it. Give that a shot for another 4 days and see if you notice a change.

Heretic,
Have you ever heard of someone not losing any weight while taking dnp with eca? And possibly gaining a pound or two. The scale definantely didn't go down but inched up after 10 days for me (female) .
