I've done a few dnp cycles in the past and now I'm on day 17 of my current DNP Cycle. I eat 2500 calories a day, and I'm in the gym everyday and most days doing either lifting or cardio twice a day
I plan to run the cycle for at least 21 days and maybe to 30 days.
My goal is to burn as much fat as I can and lose 25-30lbs.
Starting Weight: 232lbs
Day 1-4: I frontloaded with 750mg and dosed down to 500mg for the rest of the days, I lost 5/8lbs which I know is mostly glycogen and water weight. During this period I was doing cardio everyday which was HIIT/30-45 minutes on the ellpitical and doing an hour of lifting daily, most days twice a day. Super hot, I made sure to have a fan on me most times during the day.
Day 4-10: 500mg ed, Continued to do cardio daily as well lifting everyday with most days doing cardio or lifting twice a day. Continued to drop pounds and was around 225lbs now.
Day 14: 500mg ed, Started 750mg a day, My weight was stuck at 225lbs despise training and doing cardio and lifting everyday.
Day 15: 750mg dnp Had a whoosh and checked the scale I was 220lbs and continued to train and do cardio.
Day 17: 750mg dnp I'm at 215lbs, did 35 minutes of cardio and hour of lifting.
