DNP & carb cravings

How do you guys fight off the carb cravings on a DNP cycle?Im on h's caps and beyond the 4th day i start to get insane cravings for simple sugars.When i finally give in by day 5 i cant stop eating all the junk shit.Following day these cravings are still present!Im an emotional wreck.Btw im on a mod carb ,high protein diet.Im taking 400- 600 mg through out the day.

sweating for 2 hours after i ate them helped
 
Have a few pieces of fruit and see how you feel. Fighting the cravings on DNP was the easiest thing I've ever done -- just think of how crappy you feel all day long and realize that by eating through desire you are only hampering your results while feeling like worse crap than before. Just get that mental rationalization down and you're set. Find a moment when you are too hot to sit still yet too tired to move and savor it. Since the cycles are so short it's easy to think "just 5 more days" or whatever. Just be strong and eat fruit when you feel hypoglycemic, I'd sip a soda with gatorade throughout the day.

I assume you mean me?

day 1 200 mg
day 2-3 400 mg
day 4-9 alternated between 400-600 each day

I was at the beach for the last 4 days. While it was really hot, sitting in the ocean and pool helped cool me off a lot. I don't think I could go over 400 mg at work anymore. I just sweat too damn bad.
 
Your body turns into a damn furnace on DNP. The more carbs you add the hotter you get. Sure does help in an eating contest though. Always being starving and shit.

never got pinched. went by look in the mirror and the scale a week after my last dose. went from 197 to 190 and i don't think i lost much if any strength.

I'd keep all 'eating contests' in a private establishment or away from your local town. Otherwise you might be stuck with the nickname "sweaty bastard" for the rest of your life due to events 20 minutes post-contest. I remember sitting in my office at my desk with the window open and living life from one gust of wind to the next. Wind came, eternal happiness. Wind stops, severe depression. Monday through friday, nine to five.
 
I dont know how you guys can take DNP while at work with a shirt and tie.Good god the thaught alone makes me feel hot and anxious.I live in the UK and have had time off work hence why im on a 600mg 2week cycle.Im constantly seated with a fan blowin in my face and its only 60 degrees.Also in regards to the carb cravings i seem to have em under control after upping my chromium picolanate intake and decreasing the DNP dosage to 400mg.
 
I'm into my second week at 400mgs and haven't had much of a craving for anything except being cool and not sweating all the fucking time!
 
Accutrim and the like used to work really well for me but then they took it off the market. I find the craving really hard to deal with but phentermine works pretty well.

I have an interesting note: everyone talks about how carbs make them hot on dnp but for me I get extremely hot when I craving, feel like I'm having a low blood sugar thing. When I eat some carbs I cool down drastically. Don't know how it works for me but that's what happens.
 
ephedrine. Curbs the appetite very well starting at 25mg in the morning and 25mg after lunch. i have only gone up to 100 twice a day at the end of the cycle and it kept the hunger away

Wasn't Accutrim the new formula for Dexatrim (dextromethamphetamine)?
 
Not sure about the dexatrim connection but Acutrim used phenylpropanolamine as did most other OTC appetite supressants and some decongestants like Alka-Seltzer. I think its still made for urinary incontinency for dogs and cats.

Out of the millions of people who used it, some women in their 20s suffered strokes. I don't know what the rate was but I always wondered if it was related to abuse rather than the drug itself if used at the directed dose.
 
If I can't deal with it I use ephedrine, which also helps to keep energy levels up. A pepsi or some fruit always helps too, but watch out for pasta, etc.
