DNP = covid protection???

Wondering if any DNP users have had the same experience as me. I’ve been a longtime DNP user for the last 15 years, on and off.

Prior to being vaccinated, I was exposed to covid 3 different times. Twice from women I’ve hooked up with, and once from my roommate and his girlfriend.

I never once tested positive. I figured that I must have gotten it asymptomatically without realizing and developed antibodies…but I went and did an antibody test and had none. I chalked it up to flukey/lucky genetics.

Then I realized that all of this was last winter into spring, and I was on DNP for most of that period (averaging 500mg/day). While anecdotal, I wondered if this might have been the reason.

Today I stumbled upon this gem: Influenza therapy for COVID-19

“The study, published in Nature Communications, synthesized a bifunctional small molecule by uniting zanamivir and dinitrophenyl (DNP). Zanamivir is a neuraminidase inhibitor, which works by blocking the functioning of viral neuraminidases by preventing the virus’s reproduction in a host cell. DNP is a highly immunogenic hapten, a small molecule which stimulates the production of antibodies.”

Has anyone else who’s run DNP had this experience??

Addendum—obviously the research above contradicts not having antibodies, but it’s possible that there’s another mechanism at play? I have some old research saved somewhere showing that DNP also reduced viral replication in influenza I believe.

Antibody tests are also extremely unreliable and have a high rate of false negatives.

Who knows really. Maybe it was the DNP, maybe you had it and were asymptomatic, maybe you just didn’t get it for a million reasons.

over a year and a half of being exposed to people with Covid very often I never got it. I like to think it was because I was taking NAC… but who knows

The DNP (dinitrophenyl) from that paper is a different molecule than dinitrophenol. It's also talking about using that DNP to make an entirely different molecule by reacting it ("conjugating" it, as the paper states) with zanamivir. So no, none of your hypotheses can be proven by this paper.

I was on dnp when I caught the Rona and it fucked me up like crazy. It’s already hard enough to breath on dnp then catching something that fucks up your lungs potentially is not a good combo.

Rona doesn’t effect everyone’s lungs. But it did to me and it was a stack of fucking death.
I hadn’t thought of that but that actually sounds scary as shit. When I was on way more DNP than I had any business running I was breathing heavily all the time, just lying down I’d be like I was huffing it on the stairmaster. Adding in respiratory complications that can be as bad or worse? Fuck that.

Primobolan may be the answer to covid my buddy has been around a ton of workers with covid and he didn't get it at all. I am taking 200 a week just for covid and my whole family got it but me. Maybe just lucky who knows

I was running 500 mgs of Primo in July/August when I got it. Who knows, that’s the mystery of it, a whole household will get it and 1 or 2 in the house test negative. It has gotten so political and the MSM is deceptive to put it lightly that I can’t trust anything to include the test regardless of positive or negative confirmation.

I was going to say, DNP shallow breathing plus Covid at same time sounds like a risky mix.

I didn't get covid for 2 years and I never wore masks or got vaccinated. You might just be a badass like me. It may have nothing to do with DNP....and when I finally did get it I only lost food taste for 2 days and didn't even feel down.
