DNP Cycle Log!

Hello everyone. This is going to be my first log of anything, ever. Before I get into anything.... I'm very well aware of the effects of Dinitrophenol. I know it has the power to kill me. I'm buying from a very well known source that everyone vouches for. Do not flame me or try and convince me otherwise because we all know a person is going to do what they want to do. Here's a little history. I'm 21 years old, 5'10" and about 230 pounds as we speak. I'm a recovering heroin addict in recovery and just about a year ago I was 180 pounds looking like skin and bone. I've always been very naturally muscular all my life and I'm a very easy gainer. I've been back in the gym for a few months and gained muscle and fat back and I now am healthy again. My problem is getting rid of fat. I do cardio and I eat as well as I can. I know I'm probably gonna get flamed for saying that but as you all know having a spot on diet is hard on the wallet. I do tend to keep my diet 40/40/20 most of the time but I slip up more often than I should. I've been researching AAS for roughly 3 years and I know I'm still a too young to pop my roid cherry. So I decided to take the easy way out you could say and try this DNP cycle. Ordered 50 250mg crystal pills and I'm going to do it like this. 250mg for first three days to assess tolerance/check for sides. Then 11 days of 500mg. Then wait a while then repeat that cycle with the 25 leftover pills. I'm going to be doing a carb depletion starting in 2 days and I plan to start the cycle on Jan 16th. Any advice from vets is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and stayed tuned guys.
 
Good attitude to DNP. Used correctly, it will kick ass. After some trial and error, I found out 300 mg at night before bed was my sweet spot - no sides apart from waking up after 5 hours and being warmer than usual. At 500, the sides doesn't justify it imo- too lethargic, warm and lightheaded. Workouts suffer too. Next time I run it, I will run it for longer at 300 mg ... Can eat relatively normal and still lose a couple of good pounds per week.

I am sure you know it's a dangerous drug hard on your system, so be careful bud, listen to your body, slow and steady wins the race
 
Thanks man! I know I need to be careful. I do have two questions.

Would it be any more effective to bump up to 750mg (keep in mind it's crystal) for the last say, 3 days? Or would it only make my sides worse.

Also, when I start my dose of 500mg(assuming I have no severe negative sides on 250mg) should I spread the doses out, one in AM one in the evening? Thanks in advance bros.
 
If I were you, I would think long and hard before taking 750mg bud. You never know if one of the capsules is overdosed and you end up with too much of it - People have died from 1250.

I could not handle the sides at 550mg and had to reduce - I literally spent a Whole day in the sofa with absolutely no chance at working out or working or walking or doing anything but taking it easy. But that's me and my reactions to it.

I would try it out a few days at 250, then increase. Remember you have a halftime of 36 hours, so if you pop 250mg in the morning 6am on a Monday, you will still have 125 mg active in Your body at 6pm on the Tuesday. If you take 750 Three days in a row, you are very Close to Death overdose, that's how potent this shit is.

Spacing it out helps with the sides, but personally, going forward, I will stay at 250-300mg per day taken at night to not needing to face the sides - they impact my day/night too much for me to want to just suck it up and live with them.

Try almost fainting in the line-up at the grocery store and you quickly figure out why. :eek:

Hey thanks a lot. You're right an extra pound or two is not worth my life! Who knows if 500 is too much I'll just coast on 250 for a while. Eager to get this package!! Carb depletion has begun. Stay tuned everyone who's interested. Before pics will be up when I start and the after pics will come after I complete the cycle. Obviously! :p
 
Package arrived today. Dinitro blend by the way if I haven't mentioned that yet. Here's a before pic. 5'10" 237.5 just took my first 250mg pill about 4 hours ago. Might be placebo but I'm feeling hotter already. Will update at least every other day with weight and workout results.

Note you are going to feel chubbier in a couple of days as you start to bloat, but once you're done and the water comes off, you'll feel like a walking skeleton.

I'd also like to note I'm a steroid virgin. Today was my off day. Felt hotter but may have been placebo. Second dose of 250mg was taken a few hours ago. Not feeling any sides besides lack of energy and some shortness of breath. Excited to get this going. Staying low carb and staying very hydrated. Bring the heat!!!!!!
 
I have run 500 for 6days. And yesterday 750.today is day8. For my first few dnp runs I would run 1 cap for 7-9 days and sometimes 2 caps to finish last 4-5 days. This is about my 6th run.. .I wish my diet was on point. So many important factors to keep in mind when running dnp, I did some crazy dieting after 1st of December. Went from 240 to 206 in a little over 3 weeks- not the most healthy way to lose weight but ripped for sure. Sitting at 213 at the moment. I want to hit 200 at less than 10% bf ..LEAN AND MEAN -Ninja Style. .

Get ready the heat is coming. I don't advise running dnp without Peformance Enhancing Supplements,especially if you do physical work. I have a friend running his first cycle of it rite now. It is whooping his ass, but He decided to run some anadrol with it to protect muscle he is getting a double whammy.. keep up the log I am in.. .

Also I would recommend taking 1cap a day for at least 4-5 days before bumping up... I do not see a need to go over 2 caps a day on first cycle---my buddy told me when I get carb depleted and weak its OK to take a couple spoon fulls of honey to replenish glucose in the liver...
 
Thanks for the input BigPharma. I think I'm gonna hit 500 tomorrow. Call me a dumb kid or whatever some people out there are thinking, but based on my body since Saturday I believe I can easily handle it. I know it builds in my system due to a long half life. If I take it and I find it to be too much, I'll drop back down. I'm down 3 whole pounds so far. Muscles don't really look that flat... Strength is honestly UP from last week before I started the DNP. Did shoulders and traps today and I track my workouts and I finished a whole exercise today when last week I only got 7 reps out of 10 on my last set. Motivation is definitely down. I literally have to have my workout partners DRAG me to the gym. I'm starting to be kinda hot. I'm in classes about to sweat it feels like and others are in hoodies and sweats all bundled up. Very glad I did this in January in PA. It's pretty damn cold here. Everything is going well though!! Thanks for staying tuned guys.
 
Trimethylycerine, L-carnitine and Sulbutiamine are in Dinitros blend. Also take Vitamin C, fish oils, BCAA, Amino AKG, Multivitamin, glutamine and caffeine pills. I'm having no issues so far. Read a lot of cycles where people would take only the DNP so I think I'm good. Anything else you think I should add? No T3 because the cycle won't be much longer and honestly if I ordered it now it probably wouldn't get here until I was finished.
 
I've read 50/50 regarding a decent size supp list compared to some taking very few, I'm about to contact the same person and get mine.. stocking up on the needed supps at this point, have Clen T3 also..

Not gonna lie guys... I'm kinda miserable!!! Lol I underestimated the heat. It's winter and I forgot how much I hate being hot. I'm gonna stick through it though. Lack of energy sucks. Took another day off at the gym which is unlike me. Just didn't feel like it. I could've done it, I just didn't want to. Currently outside in shorts and a t shirt to cool off a bit, figured I'd give you guys a little update. Looking bloated for sure. First day on 500 isn't bad really because I kept a fan on me most of the time or a window cracked. All I wanna do is slee though!!! I'm gonna tough it out though.
 
Haven't been to the gym in a while due to lack of energy. Need a quick work of advice. Do you guys think doing less exercising on 500mg would be more beneficial than running 250 and doing more exercising? Hmmmm....
 
You not supposed to be doing much more than 20-30mins cardio and maybe some light weight for reps if anything. .. I always advise testosterone and ephedrine while running DNP , shit can be brutal ....
 
Even though it has been reported dnp is less catabolic than t3 and Clen or not catabolic-- I find testosterone to be a great addition for muscle preservation and energy... it really helps with caffeine and ephedrine when the carbs go bye bye.. .ps. I must admit my last run with dnp was crap!! ! No self control-I ate like shit the whole time-sweating like fuckin crazy... I will admit I thought dnp was miracle drug-take it drink water, and be amazed. Most of the time this has been my experience, but I will admit, if you eat carbs nonstop and fail to exercise,all you will get out of dnp is lots of sweat and sweat. I lost 3 pounds when I should have gained 10. But I could have lost 12-15... keep that in mind DNP users, its just like the juice,you get out what you put in.. .
