DNP Cycle.

Hey everyone.

Doing a DNP cycle the next days with Sarms. S-4 and Ostarine

Stats:
100kg
190cm
20% fat
I have 250mg caps crystal DNP, that i around 350mg. Only 250mg pure dnp.

1- 1 (250mg)
2- 1(250mg)
3- 1(250mg)
4- 1(250mg)
5- 2(500mg)
6- 2(500mg)
7- 2(500mg)
8- 2(500mg)
9- 2(500mg)
10- 2(500mg)
11- 2(500mg)
12- 2(500mg)
13- 1(250mg)
14- 1(250mg)

Ostarine is 25mg ED
S-4 is 50mg ED
 
I ran my dnp 250mg 7days

Than ran 500mg for 3 weeks...opprox, I would do 750mg here and there.

Mind you it was D's DNP so, only 400mg active dnp.

No need to taper it down, and the sides of DNP are over stated. Just drink water, and watch how your body is doing.

DNP is straight poison, while I can see that for some (not me) it does have its place in their various cycle to burn fat, it is an extremely lazy approach. To each his own though.

SARMS are a joke. The minimal advantage they might add in terms of muscle gain is not worth it by any stretch of the imagination, for the fact that it shuts you down. Don't believe the lies that they tell you at Evo and elite fitness. They're just trying to sell their bullshit. Run a real cycle, forget the SARMs

Im from Europe and its -5 celcius here atm so the temp wont be a problem. And yeah, DNP is dangours, but still. I dont think its better to drink and smoke.... In my mind that is even worse.

Good thing i dont buy from Sarms1 they are the most exspensive sarms i have ever looked at...

I agree that SARMs are a joke but I disagree about the DNP. Tren, clen, albut, T3, ECA, and any other gear you want to run to help cut fat are also an extremely lazy approach in the same context.
 
SOLB, good luck with this. Currently on my 2nd cycle, I am only taking 200mg powder each night and I can't imagine going any higher. The heat is the least my problems, in fact I walked to work today in 30 degree weather and enjoyed it. However, the lethargy is unbearable. I have constant shortness of breath and my legs feel like anchors. It's a struggle to get to the gym and when I do my workouts definitely suffer in intensity.

Here's some tips I've learned:
Having an upper is essential for me during a cycle, I currently take original oxy elite pro to combat lethargy
Don't forget to replace electrolytes with V8 or a coconut water daily
Sleep with an icepack behind your neck

Currently on my 2nd cycle of DNP.
6 day cycle with 200mg powder caps.
Day 1-2 300mg before bed
Day 2-6 200mg before bed

I never said that the others weren't a lazy approach as well... We were just talking about DNP, so I gave my opinion on that.

I am an agreement with you though... I'm also a hypocrite and lazy at times too though ;)

Update:

Seems like im losing around 3-4kg EW! Amazing!!

Im not in T3, im thinking of running it for 4weeks, so then i need some T3 right?

Also im not going to do 500mg... I love the 250-300mg :)

why always someone who dont know anything about dnp want to chime in?....

dnp is anti-oxidant.....anti tumor.....lowers insulin and is safer than stupid stuff like clen

It is a fucking pesticide dipshit- in the factories where they were producing it all the workers were dropping dead and someone noticed how skinny the corpses were... and dnp was introduced to bodybuilders too lazy to diet and do cardio.

Stop making it sound like fucking pomegranate asshole. I dont care who uses it but it sure isn't fucking healthy.
