Hello All, I added this to an old thread and was afraid it might get buried there and no one would respond to it. Anyway, I decided to start a new thread just in case. Again, any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks All. The following is the post I submitted in another thread:

I used DNP about 11 years ago and I didn't follow all the advise I read on the "boards" and consequently ended up in the hospital with severe dehydration. Anyway, I want to try it again but have a few concerns. The first is my job, I am a NYC firefighter which is very strenuous, not to mention I will be in fires where it's going to be very, very hot. I remember when I did DNP and at the time I worked in an office and that was unbearable. My 2nd concern, is the low energy, again because of my job, I can't afford not to be able to perform. Because of this I was thinking of taking a very, very low dose, was thinking about 50 mg a day. I would take a 100 mg pill every other day because that's the lowest amount I can find. What do you guys think about this amount? side effects? amount of fat I would burn? things I should do and take? Is it a good idea considering by job? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also, on a side note, what do you guys think of Gaspari's new fat burner Mitotropin?
