DNP nerve/pain problems?

Hi guys I was wondering if you could help me out here.

I was 4 weeks into a DNP cycle and last week I started getting sort of pins and needles in my foot. I stopped DNP today because its kept going and now I kinda feel like I have no nerves in my feet and half way up my legs. Its really weird. My extremities (fingertips and feet) are really prone to becoming hot/cold quickly. Is this due to the DNP? or being low b/f? or just another problem completeley.

Any help greatly appreciated.

stop if your life involves walking. if you continue you'll end up in the ER and wont be able to walk for a month or two.

search around, i tried to bring this topic up a few times.

Could you please enlighten me further on wtf is happening to me? I already stopped weeks ago but its still here, what is it and how can i treat it?

No one knows for sure. C posted some good info from case studies about reported cases, which all cleared up. The problem is it takes several months.

If I recall, it seems to be from over-loading it/long cycle on a high dose.

Thanks very much for your input.

I'm going crazy here, I'm basically under the impression I'm giong to have this for the rest of my life - is this possible? It only seems to be getting worse but I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow about treatment and I'm going to tell him thats its caused by the DNP I was taking. I'm never taking this stuff again, I learnt my lesson the hard way.

The doctor will at best treat it as a toxin over-exposure and treat you as such. To clear your system you muscles and fat cells need enough water to flush out the DNP. All reported cases had the nerve damage clear up from what I recall from Conc's thread, but ultimately it took a lot of time and treatment as a toxin abuse.

It should be a temporary condition. I know other threads are floating around about how users treated this. I think they are years old by now, but you can dig around a bit on this forum. I advise holding off on the doctor because all he can do for you is give you pain killers, he will have no experience with DNP. In fact, its been shelved by the medical community for so long I doubt any doctors will know how to help you.

Take Motrin and when pain gets intense an Asprin. Drink distilled water like a fish to flush out your system. Peripheral neuritis is what you have. I would not up vitamins or non-distilled water because you need to lower your body's toxicity. Another good idea is to start an internal cleanse kit.

You have moderate poisoning, ultimately, from DNP. Treat that, not DNP. Trust me, telling a doctor you have poisoning but you dont know from where is much better than saying DNP, because they dont know what DNP is, and will waste time with that route.

Good luck, its a 'female dog' to treat this, but its just a moderate case. A few weeks is the normal rebound time with treatment.

Because you did not stop right away, you have a bit more poison to flush. It takes time.

for some reason i cant reply to your pm on my phone cole so i'll just post here.

basically what traditionalist said. i wouldn't bother telling your doctor, he isnt going to do much other than send you to a neurologist who will give you an EMG on your feet. i got prescribed neurontin and cymbalta and was told to take b vitamins but it didnt do anything...just give it time.

even though you stopped it it may continue to get worse, mine went from numbness to extreme throbbing, then burning where i couldnt keep my feet out of ice water. it doesnt sound it will get to this point with you. just give it a month and the symptoms will be much improved

Its getting worse by the day and it just doesn't seem like it will go. I can now hardly walk on my feet, and it started just as numbness, I think its also moving up my leg - my calves seem a little sore now too.

Also is this really worth it? - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Blessed-Herbs-Internal-Cleansing-Kit-GINGER-/160668569534?pt=UK_Health_HealthCare_RL&hash=item256897cfbe#ht_1277wt_905

OK I saw my doc and i told him i thought it may be some kind of toxin that was causing it. He kind of ignored that and just gave me a script for some amitriptyline and booked me in for bloods next week.

He said he would do bloods and if he saw nothing send me to the neuroligist. But you say I can treat it myself just by trying to cleanse my system? Or will this pass by itself if I can wait it out. Will the amitriptyline help take the pain away?

OK cool thanks. I'm just going to try this pain med and go along with what the doctor says and get the bloods etc but in the meantime on my end im going to stop taking my multi and try stay away from processed shit. I just hope this isn't something permanent.

Captshiner - thanks for all your input and info but are you convinced that DNP induced nueropathy is curable? Everything I read online relating to nueropathy seems to suggest that it cannot be cured, just improved.

I wasnt aware of this possible adverse reaction to DNP.
Amytriptyline has a few uses. It is generally prescribed as a muscle relaxant and anti anxiety med.
keep us up to date please CW88

im convinced because i was kept overnight in a hospital and was unable to walk for two months and made a near complete recovery.

you are not reading about DNP induced neuropathy. there are different reasons and causes for neuropathy.

Thanks for reassuring me a little. I have just been to the hospital and prescribed the strongest painkillers available to me. I hope that this works. How are your feet now? Still numb?
