Introduction and why I’m here

Hi every body (in a doctor nick from the Simpsons voice)

If I had of asked myself 6 years ago if I was even slightly considering PED’s the answer definitely would have been no.
A little backstory:

I spent the majority of my life doing unhealthy things and engaging in unhealthy habits. Smoking literal pounds of pot, cartons of cigarettes and if drinking was an Olympic sport, I would have been a contender.
There was a brief point in my late teens that I was interested in Lifting, but only because I wanted to lift more than my friends.
Other than that, poor lifestyle choices were the standard. After 25sih years of that lifestyle it caught up, anxiety, depression, all of the things. I was never really obese, but always overweight. Usually hanging around 180-190 for a 6ft slim build male. Since I was young I’ve always had a gut, and developed gyno around 17ish.

I kinda just ignored it until I realized I wasn’t heathy or happy. So I set out to change that in 2020. Interestingly enough some of you may have heard about Covid and the world shutting down, this perfectly coincided with my attempt to not live the extremely social and excessive lifestyle that I was known to. I started simple with fasting, going for walks. Stopped drinking and noticed a difference. Figured I would change my diet so I looked into keto, did that for a year until I found carnivore. In the process picked up an X3 band set and started lifting.

No matter how consistent I was I could never push myself enough to put on size or loose any meaningful weight. I think I lost like 10-20 pounds but no matter how “clean” I ate I would always overeat, come to find out that being in the health and wellness space you sort of learn more about the how and why of things. Well since then I’ve realized and been diagnosed with ADHD, which explains a lot about my life, but the medication definitely did not help, made things much worse.

I’ve since branched out into the alternative medicine space and have tried countless supplements and within the last 6 months gotten deep into the peptide space having amassed a small pharmacy’s worth of them. Most recently I’ve got on the Reta train and last weighed in at 160, but now I’m looking and what my next steps are.

I want to get into seriously working out again (I’ve pretty much fallen off that wagon). But I still have problems with ether fatigue, recovery, the mental pain and pushing through that and consistency. I’m hoping to get some help In my journey and looking forward to the future.
