DNP question

I'm just trying to get an idea of how much I will be losing on my DNP cycle.

I am 5'10 208lbs currently, BF unknown, I train explosive strength mainly so I don't have that much lean mass, but it's all functional lean mass.

I'm going to be taking about 2 caps a day @250mg/crystal, So around 400mg/day, That should increase my metabolism by 50-60%.

I'm going to be decreasing my caloric intake to under 1000 calories/day, 3/4 of the calories being protein. This is 1000 calories under my maintenance.

So (1000 calories less/day) x 30 days= 30,000 calories.

(30,000 calories) x 0.5 = 15,000 calories burned from DNP
or
(30,000 calories) x 0.6 = 18,000 calories burned from DNP

So 30,000 calories+15,000 calories= 45,000 calories
or
30,000 calories+18,000 calories= 48,000 calories

To lose a pound, you must burn, or deficit 3,500 calories.

45,000/3500= 12.8 lbs
48,000/3500= 13.7 lbs

So on this month diet on 500mg/crystal DNP with a 1000 calories deficit, I am looking to lose 12.8-13.7 lbs total? Does that seem about right?

Oh shit! Where is Billy? He wrote that over a couple weeks of research...The KOG blog is mine, the DNP article he wrote for it and I stand behind his work. Bro knows his shiz or I wouldn't have let he be an author at KOG.

What exactly is false? I would love points and counterpoints.

I think DNP is evil and wont touch the stuff so have limited knowledge about it myself. I'm sure you'll be hearing from Billy on this soon....:)

OK...Thanks for clearing that up. That's a bit different than your first review of his write up. I also realize I provided you with a link to an article that was a profile and didn't answer your question...

I apologize for that, but I noticed you were not seeing any replies and I didn't want a slower day on the forum to make a junior member feel like he was being ignored.

Some days there are not going to be as many replies as others and I always worry a newer guy might get a false "bad vibe" so I wanted to send you something I know to be fact (again, I don't mess with, or even consider using DNP so I'm not much help when a DNP thread shows up.)

I'm hoping Billy will be back online soon as I feel pretty strongly he can assist you. In the meantime I will see what I can discover for ya!
