If on AAS on a low dose DNP does the gear help with the "flat" look?
I know energy and endurance, exercise are not just affected but should also be moderated.
Anyone else have any random thoughts or suggestions (skip the DNP is poison comments please).
Just mid research here.

Yes it will help with the flat look.

How low dose are you talking about?
I think DNP at almost any dose will prevent any muscle gain. But it is the strongest fat burner for a reason. Also when you stop DNP and it clears your system in a few days is when you typically look your best.

On it expect to be sweaty, hot, sick feeling, and not able to do your typical workouts.

Its helps to be on a little gear, but you dont need much. My best result was on just 175mg of test and 50mg anavar pre-workout. I have never gone over 200mg of DNP (4 weeks) though as I have need seen the need to or wanted to feel that shitty. 200mg is enough to make me lethargic, I cant even imagine 400-600mg like I see some guys run.

I've known dudes running like 600mgs!!! Fuck that. I'm reading 250mg crystal is equal to like 187.5mg powder or something, but I think crystal or powder 250 e.d. will be fine. My bf% isn't high so don't need anything like 25lbs gone in 3 weeks.
My wife is running with me and wants more drastic changes.... anyone have experience with T3 on DNP. I also think a low dose anavar for the 3 weeks would help her with some of the lethargy....this is new terrain I'm hiking however so any feedback is appreciated

DNP depletes the body of carbs. Insulin shuttles carbs into the body. They have great synergy. I reccomend 50-100ius Lantus Insulin upon waking since it has the highest IGF-1 increases 5-8, times more than the bodies own insulin.

BEWARE THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PROTOCOL AND ONLY FOR ADVANCED USERS.

If you're not at that level, it's okay, AAS will also fill in the muscles a bit, but not anything like Insulin.

You will get mixed feedback about T3 use on DNP but I found 50-75mcg fairly useful in my personal use. DNP tends to diminish natural T3 from some studies. Anything over 75 and my resting heart rate starts to climb as an FYI as like DNP, less is often better.

Yup 50mcg of T3 should be plenty on DNP.

Personally I never run 200mg as I feel just as bad on that as I do on 400mg. I always tap out at about 2 weeks.

@bigrobbie Good luck with the run and keep us posted!

1. Gear should help a little like everyone says
2. Some people say carbs make them hotter. I didn’t ever really notice anything
3. Fan is essential to better sleep. A window open is nice too. Have the fan pointing at your face or body.
4. When I would run 300-400 I would wake up 2-3 times a night with a puddle of sweat on the bed. Then I’d flip to a new spot. Then I would throw a blanket down over it once my bed was all wet.
4. It depletes electrolytes so be careful. Also, antioxidants from foods help with the whole free radical situation.

Worst advice ever to recommend insulin to someone running dnp.

And I don't buy the fact T3 is needed at all for a short dnp cycle. Dnp will overcome any little t3 metabolic slowdown, which if any is minimal. Just adding more drugs to counter another, just run the dnp and make the most of it.

The t3 is to help with energy not take off more fat.

Also 21 days of dnp is far from “short” in my opinion...

There's better options for energy other than T3, I don't even consider t3 an energy booster. And then you have to deal with minor t3 rebound since the body reduces or shuts down natural production. Caffeine or ephedrine would be better.

I agree. But dnp will tank your thyroid hormones. Symptoms include low energy among other things.
Taking exogenous t3 while on dnp will offset this.

Thyroid rebound is quite quick.

Personally I take both EC and T3 when on dnp.

Dnp will shut down your thyroid hormones anyway. The rebound will be no different if you take t3 while on dnp or don’t. Your thyroid still needs to “recover” after a DNP run.
