DNP rash

what's up fella's? yet another question about DNP. i'm on my second cycle. the first went well, except that i got a pretty bad rash on my last day (10 days, ending at 600mg/day). its been about 2 weeks since i stopped the last cycle, and i started another 2 days ago, this time i only took 200mg the first day, then jumped right to 400mg yesterday. today i've got such a bad rash that i can't even lay in my bed...on my legs especially. i'm just curious if any of you guys that have had a rash from the stuff have re-tried DNP, and how long it took before the rash came back? allegra hasn't touched it, and i'm still waiting for the bendadryl to kick in. now that i've got the rash with 2 different cycles, do you think i'll get a rash every time i try?
thanks

I just finished my 7 day DNP cycle, I got a full body rash, it started at my chest then worked it's way down to my feet, I spend about 10 hours in the hospital, I will never do DNP again because of the rash it gave me, it was hell, Im still getting over it, after experiencing a 7 day cycle of DNP I said to myself, Ill just burn fat the natural way, Diet and Cardio, Bro, it's not worth doing DNP if your body doesn't agree with it, trust me!

I had the same problem, looked like Job from the Bible, I swear to god. DNP can cause a histamine build up which can lead to itchy skin, a rash, or hives. This may not even happen your first cycle, for me it was my second or third. Ever since I then I use Benadryl with my cycles, take one Benadryl cap at night every day of your cycle and for a week afterward. Oddly enough the rash shows up often times AFTER DNP use has ceased. I have never had a problem with a rash of any kind now that I use this method. Quercetin also works in dosages of 1-3 grams per day, and is one of the reasons why I use Quercetin in my Gen II caps instead of generic filler, in addition to it's antioxidant properties.
Aside from the general fatigue and sweating I think a rash is the only other side effect to really worry about, but if you follow the steps above you'll be fine.

thanks guys, i've done tons of research on the stuff and feel comfortable using it. i was just curious how some of the guys dealt with the rash. i stopped the dnp short, and used the benadryl, rash cleared in a day. i'll probably try another cycle in a few weeks using H's benadryl trick from now on. the rash definetly wasn't anaphylactic in nature...it seemed like more of a hypersensitivity reaction, which would also explain why the rash can appear after stopping the dnp.
