I like the clen/eca rotation for longer cycles. I also think that 75 to 100 mcg of T3 is plenty and there's ne reason to go up to 125. Regarding the DNP, I would ramp up the dose until the sides become intolerable (4-600mg). Then back off the dose a little if need be. But try to stay at this dose of DNP for 4-6 weeks...using T-3, clen and eca all at the same time.

Make sure to read H's sticky on DNP and at the very least follow his advice on the diet.

good luck

The physician who introduced DNP to Duchaine filed a patent in the late 80s before he went to jail for insurance fraud. Someone posted the patent on here not long ago. Anyway, he used DNP every other day on his patients. Granted, they were morbidly obese, but no exercise was ever mentioned. I'm thinking if these people can tolerate it eod, then an athlete should be able to. He used a low dose, but he had 100mg tabs. So for our purposes, unless you make the caps yourself, you take 200mg eod. He kept some of these people on for close to a year. If you tolerated eod well, he would add in half the dose on off days. This may not be a good idea, but I'm waiting for someone to try it. Low dose, no more than 200mg, DNP eod until desired results obtained. That's exactly what the guy who started all this would prescribe.

from what it sounds like, it seems you expect the pills to lose all the weight for you. all the pills in the world will not get your desired results if your diet and training are still shit. take it easy this first time around and just run clen/t3 or DNP, but not all 3 at the same time. this is to see how your body reacts to each product individually, in case you run into any problems.

again, make sure your diet and training are in check before you go on a psycho blitz regimen. it is very possible to lose 20 lbs in 10 weeks without any "help", but the 10 weeks would most likely suck.

i'm not gonna stop you from doing anything, but just please make sure to do your research and stay safe with your dosages. more is not always better. good luck.
