DNP To leave System

I'm getting mixed answers all around on this.

Does anyone know how long it takes for DNP Sides: Lethargy

Take to leave the system before feeling normal?

Also, How long till the water is removed from it?

I was running 4.5 weeks on 500mg. Really want to be off it now. Took Last Dose Today (Sunday)

From all the posts I read about DNP, it’s usually takes about a week for the water weight to drop. Don’t remember how long for the sides to stop but I’d just assume about a week as well.

I'll never understand why people take that crap.

Another failed attempt to LOSE WEIGHT, which is indicative of how desperate some are. Do folk lose weight running DNP — sure— but like all other quick fix weight loss remedies- the results ARE uniformly temporary.

What I have difficulty understanding is WHY those whom are overweight refuse to embark upon the ONE remedy proven successful time and time again —— a change in LIFESTYLE

Just, curious. What are your results so far?
4.5 weeks total. ran 250 for half a week with 3,000 cals (stupid of me), the last 4 weeks I ran 500 with half a week on 2800 and the remainder on 1570 cals, all protein. I was worried about muscle loss, but turns out as long as u got high protein + 500mg or more of test on DNP, Just aim to burn as much energy as u can per day and take that weight off u. Cardio really really helps over weights, but I still trained heavy for 1.5H each day and cardio ranged from 10 mins -1 hour depending on rest day or training day. I also ran ECA, extra bit helps with thermo and lethargy, but after 3 weeks..when it wears off..Prepare urself cause it's 5x more brutal.

I had prob average 2 cheat days per week (all I can eat, literally stuffed my face non stop all day), still lost at least 4 lbs per week min.

Went from 202 to 180lbs in the total time frame. I only did 10 mins cardio step master for first 3.5 weeks, then last week I went to 30 mins hardcore (excluding rest days).

I am still holding DNP water of course. Do I think it was worth it? Yes I do and I would do it again with the protocol: 3 weeks max, 500mg first 2 weeks & 750mg for 3rd week. Keep cals as low as possible aiming for only about 250-270g prot, Do weights heavy + cardio stepmaster 30-40 mins at least each day (seperate cardio from weights too IMO, I didn't do this this time, but next time I would).

Thats my verdict. I kept almost all my str, except on flat bench, that dropped a bit, but easy fix with a surplus and bulk I suppose.

Not overweight man, just don't want to cut for 3-4 months. I lost 20lbs or so in 3 months last time, i'd rather suffer for 3 weeks than do that long cut again. I'm a heavy eater when I bulk, I can't stand starving myself for so long and doing cardio non stop for that long. DNP to fat is just like steroids to muscle, there is no reason to pass it up unless u can't simply handle it. Personal choice though.

PS: I looked "OKAY" at 202, I just was not as trimmed up as I'd like. My mid section tends to get bloated the most during bulks.
