DNP + Yohimbine + PreWorkout? 3rd Cycle

This will be final cycle for a fairly long time since I have a double jaw surgery in June 2011.
Right now I have some stubborn fat left and wanted to do a run of DNP + Yohimbine but am not sure since they seem to clash in application; Y requires no carbs and DNP is about carbs
I'd also like to add in a Pre Workout if possible.

The two preworkouts I have are APS Mesomorphosis+Creatine Nitrate and MusclePharm Assault, Im thinking about selling Assault since it has 18grams of carbs for 1 scoop which might hinder Y but seems good to go with DNP? I've successfully run DNP in the past and ill do the same setup here but I'd like some suggestions on how to schedule Y in.

Have:
EC Stack
DNP 42 caps at 170mg Powder
Yohimbine HCL in water at 3mg/ml
EGCG
Mesomorph + Creatine Nitrate
Pre-Workout

I dont plan on doing cardio and at, ive complete my runs successfully without it and Im just not a fan. And im pretty stim tolerant, did 3x EC stack many times successfully and tried 15mg of Y and went well. Im off my month long stim break now.

I eat after my workout and after 12pm on Noons, due to IF and ill take DNP with my meal since thats worked well in the past.

Sample:
Monday: 7am-15mg Yohimbine-then Meso + CN at 1230pm
Tuesday: 7am-15mg Yohimbine-then Meso + CN at 1230pm
Weds: 7am-15mg Yohimbine + C then EC later in the Day
Thursday: 7am-15mg Yohimbine-then Meso + CN at 130pm
Friday: 7am-15mg Yohimbine + C then EC later in the day
Saturday:: 7am-15mg Yohimbine + C then EC later in the day
Sunday: 7am-15mg Yohimbine + C then EC later in the day
 
will start final cycle either today or tomorrow

Will take APS mesomorph before workout + Yohimbine after + Cardio for around 20-30 minutes
Eat 1 hour after + DNP--second and last meal around 6-7pm
 
lol frontloaded 4 caps--then 3 yesterday and 2 today
damn normally im usually leaning out by the 3-4th day but I think the Yohibime is definitely retaining water---
and its getting pretty hot haha--nobody objects to the idea of Y and DNP? im thinking of using Y only on workout days and EC on non workout--how does that sound?
 
DNP is not "about carbs." DNP works just as well without carbs but you do run the risk of hypoglycemia. I can't use Yohimbine HCL at the moment as I have to go to a communal gym and it gives me a hard on during cardio lol.

Try DNP with low carbs (see how you react). I like it better as you don't sweat as much, burn just as much fat and can still live a normal life. If you feel a little hypoglycemia coming on, eat some fructose. Be careful not to kid yourself that your carb cravings are hypoglycemia.

If you still feel you want to eat carbs on DNP, use a Caffeine and Yohimbine stack first thing in the morning with solid state LOW INTENSITY cardio before eating as carbs block the lipolytic (fat burning) effect of yohimbine. This will promote fat loss like you won't believe. Especially stubborn fat. Carbs + Yohimbine makes yohimbine pointless as anything more than an appetite suppressant and a mild stimulant really and you may as well be using the EC stack or clen as this wil work better.

I run DNP A LOT. If it is cold, I'll just do 250mg a day indefinitely because I love it.

When at home and I have my own gym, I run a hard DNP cycle for 4-5 weeks that gets me cut as a mofo if I finish a bulk at around low to mid teens body fat:

500mg - 1000mg Crystal DNP a day depending on how social I have to be (have a high tolerance).
80mg ramping to 200mg Clen a day to combat lethargy.
15mg yohimbine + 200mg Caffeine in the morning and go for a long walk with the dogs.
2 doses of 30mg ephedrine + 100mg Caffeine for a little appetite suppression
10mg DBol to supplement my TRT to prevent catabolism (dunno if this is even necessary but it seems to put me in a good mood so I take it a lot at low dose anyway)
Jack3D pre workout (only twice a week full body maintenance W.Os and a little maintenance gymnast rings work)
Cheat days (couple a week on w.o days): Fill my cupboards with diabetic chocolate, buy diabetic icecream, sweets etc., low carb, high fat, loads of meat, bacon, berries and cream and a shake or two if I feel I haven't eaten enough protein. I daren't think how many calories I'm eating
Normal days: Just red meat, chicken (oh yes I eat the dark meat and the skin) and veggies, sugar free jello, berries, around 2000-2500kcals (700-200 under maintenance).

Got carried away on food there. Think I'm gonna go make something.

Plus low carbs keeps the water bloat to a minimum I find on DNP.
 
I agree, i like a med to low carb diet
but the reason for Yohimbine is because I'd like to minimize bloat as much as possible
and if take it on workout days then it compliments it---
im doing a leangains style--maybe since ec is a diuretic--it might minimize bloat?

Yeah I think Y would help as a preworkout stim. Personally I'd rather use caffeine/geranamine (sp?) which is what's in Jack3D and save Y for it's effects on A2 receptors for stubborn body fat. helps me shed that last little bit under my belly button.

If your doing LG the ultimately low insulin levels during the fast would do the same job though.

Y and water retention? Not sure on that but Caffeine + loads of water definitely works for me. If you really want to get rid of water retention as much as possible (you shouldn't be using too many diuretics on DNP but say you need to look good for a while while on) then the cheapest thing to do is eat a couple of dandelions a day for a few days. No I'm not kidding. Dandelions are the active ingredient in many OTC water retention removers/diuretics. I like to crush one up and put it in a litre of water along with some fruit cordial. Works well although I usually do this when I am on a lean bulk/final week or two of a non-DNP cut. When on DNP I just accept the water retention.
 
ive heardof dandelion/roots but didnt look into it--your post made me think about buying the caps for the extract

i figured i might as well use y + c on morning cardio

and mesomorph + Bcaa around 5 hours during workout

my cycle ends this wednesday
itll be the last of my 2 week cycle
these pics are current but I just ate a really big isometric meal and imo very fat right now
imo a low carb is best for looking lean but high carb is great for burning fat so i switch often


i need a tan, somehow i look darker than i am in the picture but in reality im most likely lighter than the majority of you guys

ill do a front pose once the bloat comes off

today is my cheat day
ate loads of cookies, cakes, donuts, and frappucinos, should've taken a pic yesterday but oh well lol

8-9% looking great man. I can't see much water retention but you know if it's there. You'll look even better when it goes. What was your cycle length/dose and starting body fat?

As far as the dandelion I couldn't give you a set number of days based on a study or what have you but IME it takes ~3days to kick in in me so I start it the day after my last cap or maybe ~12 hours after my last cap if I took DNP in the morning. Just make sure your drinking plenty of fluids. I have always been fine taking it even while on cycle (lowish dose) sometimes even have a few drinks of beer while on :)
