Hey guys, I've used DNP a couple times before. I was using D's, which I really liked. Just curious as to what you guys have been using lately, and what your results have been like.

Hey guys, I've used DNP a couple times before. I was using D's, which I really liked. Just curious as to what you guys have been using lately, and what your results have been like.
I've used it twice. I just do one cap a day for a month, otherwise I sweat way too much. But one month at a cap a day, with a very mild calorie deficit, I could lose a solid 4 pounds a week no problem. That's still lifting heavy and without much cardio. I imagine that if you really wanted to get after it with two caps a day, lots of cardio, and a decent calorie reduction, you could probably almost the results. I just like it because I can more or less maintain my lifting routine, and I don't have to mess with things like ephedrine or clen. I may get flamed a bit for this post, but it's honest.
Yea, I just finished 2 weeks of clen for the first time last week. Never again..
Just started my Clen cycle this morning, took 20 mg of the liquid Clen I got...DAMN that stuff is strong! Shaking!
Was it because of the sides you won't touch it again?
I'll be running a DNP cycle after Clen/T3. I was asking myself the same thing - re: expected loss. I see lots of variance between people's logs, but despite variance between actual amounts, everyone has a major loss.
