Dnp

DNP is perfectly fine if you're not an idiot about it. Always error on the side of less is more and you'll be fine. It's not a miracle drug and you aren't just going to have abs or be in single digit BF levels because you took it. There are several places to get it. Just google "Dr. Tony Huge" and follow his trail. He has a fertilizer company that sells it at a reasonable price.

It does work well if you keep your diet dialed in and do the work. If you don't stay in a deficit you'll reduce your results. If you go off it and cram your pie hole with the same shit that got you fat in the first place save your money because you'll be even fatter than when you took it within 3 months. You gotta stay dialed in after you come off and slowly reverse your way out of the deficit to keep the progress.

Anyone that has never used DNP should just stop replying to any threads having anything to do with it. The "you're going to die or it'll kill you" argument isn't going to change anyone's' mind and just clutters up the threads with the same silly back and forth.

Thank you for the very solid response man. Very much appreciated

@fodsod We know it wouldn't change OP mind. The hope is that someone who's thinking about trying DNP and during their research crosses into this thread/post. Our mission is harm reduction and it's always good to see both side of the coin. Just because people who have never use DNP shouldn't comment is silly argument. It's like saying"if you haven't jump off a 200ft cliff you shouldn't tell me it's dangerous or that I can die".

OP, at the end it's your body. But if you're having a hard time with Clen- doing DNP isn't the brightest idea (other idea is to jump from a 200ft cliff).

Again, the same silly back and forth as I stated.

Perhaps the better approach is to actually tell them what they haven’t read 1000 times already.

DNP still requires work. DNP still requires dieting and will not get you ripped if you’re a fat ass looking for an easy way to get 6 pack abs. DNP will cause you to get even fatter than you were when you come off and eat your ass off because you’re going to crave carbs and you need discipline and a plan to keep that from happening.

In my experience that’s the best deterrent to new inexperienced users because they just want a short cut.

Guys that compete or are long time serious lifters will get it and appreciate the information from experienced DNP users.

Last I checked, wasn' this guy on the chopping blocks?

Selling fake as well as underdosed products....

I' steer clear of Mr huge

Ty, idk what the hell I was thinking last night
Don't thank me thank @Millard Baker. When you post something here it's in stone 99% of the time. You have about 15 minutes to edit it once you post it. It's that way by design on the forum. No mods or censorship. But if you really post some dumb shit because you don't know any better or are just plain full tard Millard may or may not help you. Lucky for you this time he helped u.

Dnp gets all the bad rep, it ain’t that bad. That being said it’s not illegal just google it, get some generic capsules off amazon, a milligram scale and a box of latex gloves while you are at it. Would love to see progress pics of it if you are 20% at 265, would be an epic transformation

I’ve heard all sorts of shit about his products and it seems sketchy, but the info he provides is generally pretty good. Would reccomend watching his videos

I’ve used EA DNP myself. Never had an issue with it.

I haven’t had any of the current pressed pills though. Only the capsules.

I’d go with capping my own if possible. Then you know what you got.

He has a fertilizer company? Damn, that’s major

Look up peripheral neuropathy for a solid reason to avoid dnp
Did you know a keto diet can cause this also? I hope to see you preaching the avoid low carb diet gospel also.

On a side note, what is the percentage of people that get this using dnp? Is it something that you have for life, or will benadryl treat it?

I looked it up, it's temporary, and very rare

I HATED clen. FUCKING HATED IT. love me some DNP though :p
Didn't really mind clen that much just couldn't run too much due to shakes and getting paid at the time for how much work I performed not how long I was there.

We don't have any reliable statistics to be able to put an accurate % for the overall number of users so it depends on the data set in question.
For, example, Tainter in 1935 observed 10% of patients developing PN when dosed at 4mg/kg for 88 days. Simkins in 1937 observed only 2.6% of patients developing PN at 3mg/kg. Most of this is covered in the ATSDR report found here: ATSDR - Toxicological Profile: Dinitrophenols

The PN caused by DNP is relatively benign and will go away with time. A long time. I know 2 folks who required up a to a year to be fully rid of the condition. I should mention that there is no clear relationship to dose or time spent on DNP - which is why I consider this to be the most problematic side effect of DNP. There is literally nothing you can do to stop it and once it starts, even if you discontinue the cycle things are only going to get worse before they get better.

Benadryl and anti histamines in general are useless. This isn't a histamine issue. It's a nerve "casing" issue.

There are some horror stories on Reddit about DNP users getting PN. I was planning to carefully give it a try but these stories have me researching more and, as you said, a few people reported getting it even with relatively low dose and cycle times.

What really got my attention in your post, though, was that you aid you know two people who had this and it took a year to go away. Two people for one person to know getting this seems like a lot, unless you know about 100 people using DNP, in which case it would be 2%. So this has me wondering, is PN more prevalent than is discussed or is it truly rare?
