Do constituted GLP1's go bad if not refrigerated?

Anybody have experience with this? I stupidly stuck a vial of TIRZ in my pocket after dosing and went about my day. Long story short it didn't make it back to the fridge until days later.

Yesterday took my normal dose and it seems ineffective. This is also my 2nd week on the same dose and not titrating up.

Any thoughts?
