This is a pretty interesting question as
1 steroids reduce LH/FSH thus natural hormones in females too
2 ovaries don't seem to atrophy or nowhere near as badly as testis do, as evidenced by women on contraceptives for years are often able to quit and even conceive.
OTOH some doctors say low dose HCG even helps females delay or lessen menopause severity.
