Do I have to eat ASAP after waking up?

You don't have to eat when you wake up. You can wait several hours or whatever till you're hungry. Just make sure that doesn't affect how many calories you take in total throughout the day. I often times won't eat until noon on lunch break and that's after being awake since 4:30-5am
back this up 100%. I usually take my first meal at 11am and wake up everyday at 7
 
I've tried that. Doesn't work for me.
Only thing that got rid of acid reflux that would keep me up at night..used to eat zantac and tums like candy. Havent had heartburn since someone suggested the vinegar. Worth a shot to anyone who has trouble with it..has to be the cloudy nasty looking vinegar, usually in the health food aisle.

Yea my mom swore by it so I tried from the bottle she bought and she's all about that organic natural stuff. Tums work ok but I need a lot. Prilosec works the best for me
 
Klokov doesn't eat breakfast and works out at morning and by a chance is a weightlifting world champion, no you don't have to eat by a clock, just eat enough when you do

Yea doc..prilosec worked for me too. Tums, id have to eat too many..like eating cherry or mint flavored chalk. Less meds the better imo. Too bad it didnt work for you. An ex of mine brought over a jar of mustard one night because i was having bad heartburn the night before..kind of looked at her funny..but, it actually worked temporarily..who knew
 
I like to get a quick protein in first thing. Normally it's 25G's of egg white protein w/ almond milk and a pedialite first thing. An hour after waking is a shake of 50G's beef and egg protein. Pasteurized egg whites are the most underused protein source IMO.
 
I wait until 12 to eat my first meal, i feel better this way..more energy and dont feel weighed down.but i eat a large portion of food before bed as well.i do use muscle milk in my morning coffee (s) if not black..just became habit..not a bad one to be honest.
 
Good input bros. Just got my wisdoms pulled all four so I will be liquid and soft food all morning day afternoon evening and night lol fukkk not in pain yet too much drugs
 
I do intermittent fasting, so no you dont. Read the studies on leangains and you will have your answer.
 
Nothing makes me hungrier then fasted earlymorning cardio. Try waking up and getting the dog for a run. I got a craigs list stationary bike and sent it up In front of an xbox. I played madden every day at like 530...it sweetened the agony of the event. I was doing it to lose weight bit instead I ended up gaining muscle as it seemed to spark metabolism
 
Yep, daunte trudal of doggcrapp training fame, has everyone he trains that is bulking do early morning fasted walks just to stimulate hunger. I have used it and it works for me. I prefer intermittent fasting though as i like large meals.
 
The fasted cardio is definitely great for both creating hunger, and body fat management on bulk. One of the best additions I've found to my program.

I'm actually doing an intermittent fasting type deal again right now. Fasted cardio on my way in and out of work. Don't eat until around two pm when I get home. Then a good meal, and train.

Been trying to hit a deficit hard, but the hunger has been getting to me lately. Getting a recomp effect instead. Not really complaining, down 2.5" on my waist, and my scale has been stuck at 208 for three weeks.

Lot of different ways to skin this cat. I think most of it is a matter of finding what fits your schedule and preferences, rather than trying to fit yourself to an ideal. When you've got something you can really hit with consistency, the desired affects come easy.
